CONDITION
Our hard drives are all in the same condition: they are in good physical condition, with no broken connectors, bent pins, or physical damage. However, the labels may be worn, torn, or marred.
PACKAGING
PROCESS

2.5" & 3.5" Drives are placed into slotted containers.

Slotted container are then sealed and packaged on a pallet for fulfillment*

Once straps are wrapped around the pallet, it is ready to ship!
*NVMe type drives are stored and ship in trays of 25 and may ship via parcel carrier
TESTING PROCESS
Drives are assessed by Health, Bad Sectors, and Power-On Hours
Spinning disc drives (HDD’s) are wiped to the NIST 800-88 (One Pass Random) Standard.
SSDs are wiped using Secure Erase protocols.
Drives are verified wiped and functioning, post wipe. Then they are labeled with a sticker indicating that the drive
meets standards.
LOT SIZES
Lot sizes may vary in available quantity. Lots are presented by physical drive form factor (2.5, 3.5), capacity, and connector type (SATA, SAS).
