How do I pay for my order?

ACH or Wire is preferred, however you can pay via Credit Card and a 4% processing fee will apply.

Where is the gear located?

Our gear may be located in any of our 8 facilities across the USA and will be specified in the bid. Buyers may consolidate orders by arranging shipping to a single facility.

How has everything been tested/graded?

We test everything according to R2v3 (Mesa, Phoenix & Memphis) requirements. More specifics will be included in the bid description.

How will I know that I've won a bid?

You will be notified via email to the email you provided.

When will bids be awarded?

For most lots available, they will be awarded every Friday, before 5pm MST and winner will be notified, unless otherwise specified.

What are target prices?

Accepted Answer

Typically target pricing is based upon what we believe the fair market value is at time of posting. However, the bid will be awarded to the highest bidder whether or not the bid was above or below the target price.
