Monitors are tested to verify that hardware is working, no components are missing, software isn't loaded or configured, and there are no hardware defects.

May range from C3-C6 of the R2 V3 REC Conditions table.
PACKAGING

Screens are stretch wrapped screen-to-screen with a sheet of PE Foam between them for protection.

Screens are packed in a cardboard gaylord in multiple layers with cardboard separating each layer.

If stands are included, the first two layers will be screens and the third layer will be stands packaged with sheets of PE Foam.

If stands are not included with the gaylord, there will be 3 layers of screens.
TESTING PROCESS


Power on the monitor confirming backlight and display functionality. Inspect for dead pixels, bruising, and overall display condition
Inspect for damaged ports & plastics

Confirm functionality of built-in buttons

Clean and package
LOT SIZES
Lots contain 26 gaylords, a full truckload. Quantity of monitors in a lot will range from 1000-2500 depending on mix of screen size and if stands are included or not.
